Our Stallington Cap is made from 100% British Millerain waxed cotton with a genuine suede leather peak.

Suede leather is different from traditional leather. It has a smoother, velvety feel due to the leather being split, removing the graining.

The waxed cotton was supplied to us by the originator and leader of the world-famous fabric, British Millerain. 

They have been developing fabrics in the UK for over 140 years and have stuck by their values – to create fabrics ‘which would suit a variety of clothing requirements, from the rigours of life in the armed forces to the demands of country pursuits’. 

And yes, British Millerain fabric has actually been used by troops for its durability and weatherproof capabilities.

Your Stallington Cap will still be suitable for hotter months too, as the peak helps keep the Sun off your face, and the lightweight design ensures you aren’t weighed down too much. It also includes an internal sweatband, soaking up any perspiration to keep your face and eyes dry as possible. Air vents beneath this band allow moisture to escape.
