Are my online orders secure?

Security of your personal data is our priority. A secure connection is established with our order form to protect your data. All information you enter into the form, from your credit card number to your address, is converted into code upon sending. The data is encrypted during the entire process. This prevents any unauthorized third parties from viewing or manipulating your personal data.We use an SSL protocol to guarantee the security of your data. The SSL encryption is activated if the URL starts with "https://" or if a lock symbol appears in the status bar. Your credit card data is deleted immediately once we've processed your order.

How can I pay for my order?

Paying for your order on Donatellaa website is convenient and easy - you can choose between Benefit for Domestic Purchases , PayPal or credit card (MasterCard, VISA). The security number makes this payment method especially safe. This three-digit number is printed in the signature area on the back of your card.

What should I do if I have problems placing my order online?

Problems may arise in completing your order if the server is overloaded. In this case, we ask you to please try placing the order at a later time. If your second attempt is unsuccessful, please send an e-mail to [email protected] We are always happy to assist you personally.

Can I change or cancel my order?

It should be possible to cancel your order if it is done promptly. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] If you'd like to change your order, please cancel the first order and place a new one in the online shop.

My order has not arrived yet. where can I check the status of my order?

After completing order, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt via email. You will also receive the subsequent shipping confirmation by email, which includes the tracking code for your order. Please check your spam folder for any missing messages. Since all our orders are shipped from our distribution center in Bahrain.

Is it possible to cancel an order that has already been placed?

You can cancel your order if the goods have not yet been packed and shipped. To do so, please contact our customer service. Please understand that for technical reasons we cannot cancel the order once the goods have been shipped. It is possible to cancel the order by returning the goods to us This requires that the goods are unused and in their original condition.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, you cannot change or add to your order once it has been placed. If you would like to change something, we ask that you place a new order.

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation/shipping confirmation?

Please ensure that the message didn't end up in your spam folder. It may also be possible that a different email address was entered by mistake when the order was placed.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer Domestic shipping for all order to any destination within Bahrain , by using Aramex Services wherein the cost of shipping will be displayed prior to placing your order. Our International express shipping Worldwide will be Provided to you before your checkout by either DHL , FEDEX , ARAMEX , etc

How quickly will my order be delivered?

We process your orders on the same day, delivery usually takes about 1-3 business days for Bahrain. The delivery time may vary for orders from outside Bahrain. International Deliveries usually takes around 7 days - 14 days and it cannot be more than 30 days. for special circumstances Please refer to our Shipping/ Delivery Policy for detailed information.

Where can I get my package delivered to?

Donatellaa delivers your products to any desired address within our delivery areas. Whether it's to your home, workplace.

Can I track my shipment?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse. Use this number to track your order.

Can I return a product I've ordered?

We are sure that you will enjoy and be satisfied with our product[s]. If you have a complaint or you wish to return the Product, we will refund the purchase price immediately upon receiving the items excluding shipping cost. Please take note of our return policy. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several days before the purchase amount is credited to your card account.

In which cases can I return an item?

If you don't like an item you ordered from our online shop, or it doesn't fit, or for any other reason, you have the option of returning your order within 15 days for Bahrain orders and 30 days for International orders after having received the goods. Please note, however, that this only applies to unopened, intact and unused items. You have the right to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal without providing a reason for the return. In order to meet the deadline, it is sufficient to ship the return with a tracking number in a timely manner. Can I file a complaint regarding a product?

We very much regret that you're not satisfied with the item you purchased from us. In this case, please send us an email [email protected] with the product in question. We ask that you provide us with as much information as possible, so that we can quickly review your complaint. Please note that we are not able to process your complaint without complete information and documents (pictures, proof of purchase, etc.).
