DOMESTIC ORDERS - Donatellaa offer's Domestic deliveries for purchases by using Aramex Services wherein the cost of shipping will be displayed prior to placing your order. All orders are processed the same day and delivered to you within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with Delivery information once Dispatched.
Please note that all Domestic Orders will incur 10% VAT as per the Country Law & Regulations. For Domestic Purchases You may always place your order by contacting us on [email protected] (except holidays).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Donatellaa offers international shipping and we use DHL Express Services, FEDEX, ARAMEX, you will be receiving an email notification with the tracking number and the Cost of Delivery will be displayed on your checkout details . Please note that for all International Orders Donatellaa Does Not charge any tax,vat,custom fees, etc on your checkouts.
About Customs, Duties , Import Fees , Taxes , etc

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
When ordering from DONATELLAA , you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped to International countries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Donatellaa has no control over these charges, nor can Donatellaa predict what they may be.
Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, Tax ID, etc .
The cost to ship items from each product category to international destinations varies by item, shipment, and shipping option which will be displayed on your checkout details.
The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped if there's a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the original shipping destination and will be responsible for compliance with all export laws of that country or regions.
Events beyond our control
Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.
In rare cases – during Holidays , Christmas season, other holiday seasons for example – your order can take up to an extra 7 business days or More to arrive.
These delays are not from our side but due to the high volume of packages handled by the carrier. We deliver as usual. Depending on the region, delivery times may be extended temporarily.
unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, severe winter storm, etc where delays will occur in the destination country so kindly bear with us if there are any delays due to these unfortunate events .

Multiple Shipping Addresses / Multiple Packages
To ship to more than one address, please create separate orders.
We make every attempt to ship your order complete with minimal excess packaging. However, in some instances your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable due to circumstances that is not the customers fault. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a full refund (including shipping charges), after we recieve the returned packages.
Undeliverable packages due to Non acceptance by the customer , will be issued a full refund ( Without shipping charges ) , after we recieve the returned packages.
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 2-3 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us on [email protected]

All products are shipped Via DHL Express, FEDEX, ARAMEX , Due to current circumstances, some shipments may arrive later than expected. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process. Donatellaa ships and delivers during business days only.
Shipping cost will vary depending on the country. Delivery may take up to 12-14 days depending on location and can vary more due to COVID-19 delays. Orders go out either the same business day or the next business day unless the item is on back order.
Tracking numbers are provided via email at the time of shipping. We work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while ensuring your items are delivered in the Quickest , most efficient and reliable way possible.
